Medical Methods was founded on strong values and principles that drive the service orientation of our employees,

Our founders have over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry which has led to establishing Medical Methods
recruiting, screening, and testing procedures with proven and reliable processes. In a people-centric industry, we
never lose sight of the little things. We listen, we follow-up, we encourage, we support, and most importantly,
we're straightforward and honest. Meeting expectations is rare enough today. That's why we strive to exceed expectations

One of the best indicators of our success towards our vision
was being voted as the 6th Best Place to Work in Northeast Florida
by our therapists and internal employees 2006. We will always
strive to earn that much respect from our employees in the years
to come.
Medical Methods is a part of Hire Methods, Inc. Hire Methods is the parent company of Medical Methods and iMethods
Technical Recruiting. The companies are all based in Jacksonville, Florida. Hire Methods is very focused on giving back
to its employees and to its community. Over its history Hire Methods has supported both financially and with volunteers
to organizations like Wolfson Children's Hospital, CRM (City Rescue Mission), Habitat for Humanity, Children's Miracle
Network, Make a Wish Foundation, among others. Hire Methods has also appointed a Director of Mercy Ministry to make sure
our employee's needs are met in case of emergency or extreme need.
