Medical Methods offers one of the most competitive benefits packages in the healthcare staffing industry. Here is a brief overview of our available benefits:
Comprehensive Medical & Dental Insurance
Employees receive medical and dental insurance for themselves free of charge. Eligibility starts the 1st of the month after 30 days from your start date.
Our benefits include:

Voluntary Vision Insurance
Employees can receive vision insurance at a minimal cost to the employee only. Eligibility starts the 1st of the month after 30 daysfrom your start date.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Employees can elect coverage in increments of $10,000 up to $50,000 with no underwriting or medical questions. These rates are based on your age and are very competitive. Coverage can be purchased on your spouse and children as well.
Other Insurance Plans
We have partnered with Aflac to provide you with a voluntary supplemental insurance plan. Aflac's plans are designed to put money back in your pocket for expenses relating to unfortunate events and illnesses like accidents or cancer.
Medical Methods employees are covered under our: Professional Liability General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance policies.
Retirement Plan
We offer a voluntary 401(k) retirement savings plan. We have also arranged for a private investment counselor to assist you with allocating your funds. Eligibility starts immediately after hire.
Financial Security
All employees get paid weekly and have direct deposit by week two of employment.
Travel, Licensure Reimbursement & Housing
Our travel employees are offered company provided temporary housing or a housing per diem along with a per diem for food and miscellaneous expenses including reimbursement for necessary licensure.
Continuing Education Benefit
Your education and personal development are a high priority while you work for Medical Methods. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for all core courses relating to their licensure requirements up to $500 per year.
