Each year Healthcare Traveler magazine asks staffing company representatives to nominate one allied professional who best demonstrates excellence in healthcare and exemplifies the spirit of travel. Medical Methods employee Lynette Davis was chosen as a 2006 Traveler of the Year.

The annual HT magazine event illustrates the valued relationship between recruiters, travelers, and assignment facilities. We are proud to have not only one of our clinicians win this accolade, but one of our recruiters as well. Dean Medley was chosen as a 2006 Recruiter of the Year.

What characteristics qualified Lynette for the distinction of Traveler of the Year? She has consistently demonstrated flexibility, dependability, loyalty, and a strong work ethic. Lynette receives consistent positive client evaluations, repeated requests for contract extensions and successful referrals. Lynette has also been instrumental in growing Medical Methods Orlando market share. "Lynette has been a huge factor in our growth over the last year," says Clint Drawdy, President. "She is the model employee. Our goal is to attract more clinicians with her level of loyalty and passion."

Dean Medley's commitment level mirrors Lynette's. Never farther than a phone call away, Dean is available to his travelers before contracts are signed, throughout assignments, and during time off, lending support whenever it's needed. Dean considers each of his clinicians a friend, not just an acquaintance or a job to be done. This attitude embodies the goal of our firm - to create lifelong relationships based on honesty and integrity. Dean goes full throttle to meet his travelers' needs, and our travelers respond with loyalty and appreciation.
