Physical Therapy Assistant, Medical Methods Employee
"I was ready to give up on contracting firms. I saw Medical Methods online and called, hoping for something different. Working with them is night and day compared to my other contracting experiences. I know I can call in and get a call back and an answer. I love it. As a navy wife, I plan to stay with the company even when we leave Jacksonville. I know they'll find me a job in any market."

"Both Clint and Chad are really great guys to work for. They are honest and up front with no hidden agenda; they want to keep me happy and they have. They are honest and ethical. I've worked with large corporations, and you were just a little employee as opposed to being a team member."
Speech Language Pathologist
"I found Medical Methods online through an internet search and was attracted to their benefits package immediately. I had been traveling out west with other speech therapy companies but when I had the chance to interview and speak with Melissa and Dean, I knew this company was different. I have been with Medical Methods for over a year now and my skills as a speech therapist continue to grow thanks to the variety of assignments Dean manages to find for me. I am so excited about Medical Methods expanding their presence in South and Central Florida. I love referring Medical Methods to other PT's OT's and SLP's that I continually meet throughout my travels."

"I learned about Medical Methods at a job fair while I was a student at the University of St. Augustine. From the very beginning, Medical Methods was detail-oriented and followed through on everything we talked about. Dean is awesome and great to work with and I enjoy the flexibility of the facilities where I have been employed. Medical Methods has also found me a great place to live... right on the waterfront, I love it."

Lynette Davis is an amazing woman. She works full time, has two children, a Masters degree in Public Health and will complete her MBA in April. When asked how she does it she says, "You have to have a balance. Sometimes I just have to say 'no', and I constantly prioritize. Saturday is all about my family. If I have to do schoolwork, I do it in the morning, spending the afternoon with my children. I've got to be disciplined about my time."
Lynette's ability to balance is rooted in a deep faith in God, is supported by a strong husband, and is fueled by an innate sense of responsibility. She loves being a therapist, and her patients rank high on her priority list. She lights up when questioned about her career. "Therapy is second nature to me. It's part of who I am. I love my job, I love what I do."
Her favorite thing about being in a therapist is being able to see patients go home and resume their lives. "You see people in terrible predicaments, terrible situations; then you train them, train their family members, train and retrain... then one day they're ready to go home. It's just wonderful to see them get their lives back."
When Lynette talks about her work and working for Medical Methods, you can hear the joy and her passion is contagious. This contagious joy has made Lynette is one of the leading sources of referrals for our company. She has had an immeasurable impact in growing the Orlando market, and is perfect ambassador for what Medical Methods brings to the marketplace.
"I just want to share my blessings, share what I've found here. A lot of therapists I meet are in situations where no one cares about them. They are looked down on, treated as a number. When you work with us you feel the love. I wouldn't want to keep something this good to myself! I want to share what I've found."
Lynette is pursuing her MBA because she hopes to one day own her own home-health company. "I wanted the formal training an MBA offers. I want to be able to pull ideas from other areas of business into healthcare - and to be able to analyze my own balance sheets. Medical Methods supports my goals and has created an environment that fosters what I want to accomplish, they have respect for my vision."Lynette knows she has the full support and, yes, the love, of Medical Methods behind her. "I get calls all times of day, all days of the week checking on me. I've talked to Kelly, Dean, Chad - and of course, Melissa, who recruited me... but they are my friends. If I don't see them, I hear from them. I know someone is always there for me."
Physical Therapist, Baptist Healthcare
"I posted my resume on Career Builder and that is how Medical Methods found me. Diane Millar, Recruiter with Medical Methods, emailed me and the dialog started from there.
I currently work in an Acute Care setting which is great because I have learned a new skill set. The University of St. Augustine, where I graduated from, is geared toward orthopedic and manual therapy which I really love, but I wanted to learn more about other settings. Diane was great at placing me in an environment that reached my goals and expectations. I have enjoyed acute care but am now starting to miss manual therapy and Diane is already working to find an out-patient setting for me.
Medical Methods is great and very response to my needs as a professional. Diane calls me every couple of weeks to check on me and follow up with her progress in finding the right setting for me."

"I love being a traveling therapist. I heard the idea from a classmate that you can pick and choose where you go. It sounded like a great idea. You can get any setting you want. Its really just where you feel comfortable. Medical Methods has been great to work with and made traveling easy."

"My life is really a priority here, it's not just about the contract. I know I can talk to anybody and get a call back and an answer. One time I had an unexpected emergency and the firm was extremely responsive taking care of me and my patients. They take care of everything, I love it."

"Working with Medical Methods made my transition from student to practitioner very easy. I know I can always reach someone. I have their cell phone numbers...Dean is always available.
Being a contractor has enabled me to learn facility processes and procedures very quickly. I would recommend Medical Methods to any new graduate."

"Dean was looking for positions for me before I even had my license. Then, when licensure took forever, he was able to find out the status and made things really easy for me.
Medical Methods has been great, I know someone is really on my side looking out for me."

"One of the main reasons I work with Medical Methods is because I was referred to them by a friend and was able to actually meet them. I never realized how competitive the market was until I posted my resume online; I had recruiters calling me from all over the country! Each one was offering me all kinds of incentives, wheeling and dealing.
If I could give new graduates any advice it would be to go with someone you know you can trust - do your research and listen to your friends and fellow alumni. You can trust Medical Methods."
